b'14 Yet thou hast seen it: for thou beholdest mischief and wrong, that thou mayest take it into thine hands: the poor commiteth himself unto thee: for thou art the helper of the fatherless.15 Break thou the arm of the wicked and malicious: search his wickedness, and thou shalt find none.16 The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are destroyed forth of his land.17 Lord, thou hast heard the desire of the poor: thou preparest their heart: thou bendest thine ear to them,18 To judge the fatherless and poor, that earthly man cause to fear no more.21'
